I don't know if you have ever visited the Run With Scissors blog ( I've had it bookmarked for a long time!!), the blog owner is currently raising money to cover adoption fees so that her and her significant other will be able to begin the process of adopting a baby!! They are hoping to have all the necessary money raised by the end of February and there are many, many ways that you can help. You can purchase an item from her etsy shop (lots of people have donated items just for this, and 100% of the profits from the sale of the items will go for this cause), you can sign-up and participate in an online journal class, or you can just plain donate a few dollars to her through paypal.
