hey, 100 posts!

I just realized that my last post was #100! Hah, that's actually a pretty low number for the amount of time I've had this blog. Errm... 7-8 months? I don't know, some months I'm pretty faithful about posting and other months the thought doesn't even cross my mind. By the way, this is what getting old will do to you. :) I'm only 26! hah

How about a list of some of my current favorite songs?
  • Taio Cruz - "DYNAMITE"
  • Jamie Foxx ft. Justin Timberlake - "WINNER"
  • Mike Posner - "COOLER THAN ME"
  • Drake - "FIND YOUR LOVE"
  • Justin Bieber - "BABY" so catchy... such bieber fever! lol
And... what about a list of some of my favorite cds???????? p.s. to be on this list, i have to be able to listen to the cd.. nonstop.. from beginning to end.. no skipping!
  • Rob Thomas - CRADLESONG, man is a genius.
  • *NSYNC (anything, i love them.. still... sue me.) LOL
  • Christina Aguilera - BIONIC - it's all i've been listening to in the car for weeks
  • Lady Gaga - FAME
  • Justin Timberlake - anything, see above lol
Yes, that is a very limited list of favorite cds. I don't own all that many, and 90% of the ones I do actually own, don't make the cut. Other artists that would make the cut, but I have to be in a certain mood to listen to them include: nickelback, dashboard confessional, trapt... uhm and probably others that I can't think of at the moment. I guess I have my happy music, and my angry/frustrated music and I like to keep them separate. heh

Fun with Polyvore: Night on the Town

So tired.

I woke up at 7:30 this morning so that I could join a friend of mine for a walk by 9. Well, as luck would have it, a storm was on it's way so we ended up going earlier and being there by about 8:15. We walked a mile before it was about to hit... less than a minute after getting into our cars to leave it started Pouring down rain. Perfect timing, lol.  Now I'm super sleepy and am trying to fight it off, because I know if I lay down now I'll end up sleeping almost all the rest of the day. =// I can be super lazy when I want to be!

I've got a 4 day weekend planned with some of my good friends from work for this weekend, hopefully all goes well with that :) I've listed a few items on eBay this week to try to earn a little extra spending money for the trip. I've been meaning to list things on eBay for like... ever... and I rarely get around to it. Occasionally I'll take pictures of the stuff, but then I don't get around to the packaging and weighing of the items... and then the posting of them on ebay. But I've managed to pull it all together this week!!! I'm proud of myself for that, for accomplishing one of the many things on my to-do list.

Uhmmm... Amazing?!?!

So I was stumbling through a few blogs and one of them had some photographs done by MarieClaire Roman.. and she's AMAZING. You should go visit her blog right now. >>> LINK

Have you visited her blog yet? This girl is super talented and she's gonna be famous some day :)

The Plan

I decided that I need to make some serious life changes, and here's the plan that I came up with in order to achieve that.

Goal: Move someplace close to Purt Huron, Michigan. Why there? Because it's super close to the Canadian border and it's only about an hour and a half drive to see my husband in Ontario. This way, we'll be close enough to see each other pretty much whenever we would like to, which is a great improvement over the once every 6 months or so that we see each other currently. I work at a store which also has locations in Michigan that I should be able to transfer to. I'd have to get an apartment and more than likely a second job, or save up a ton of money first, to be able to afford it. But it would be sooo worth it and my husband would be able to help me out a little with the bills.

I'm planning on achieving this goal by spring of next year. I will start saving up money, selling my junk for profit, and collecting items for my apartment now. By spring, I should have my tax refund which will help out with the saving/moving expenses.

This is only the first step in one of my long-term goals, I will live in Michigan until I am able to immigrate to Canada and become a permanent resident.

I need major life changes.

What's the quickest way to get them?????
