Weigh In #4

I forgot to weigh myself this morning when I woke up, so this is as of about 9:15am.. after I had eaten breakfast, went for a mile and half walk, and ran some errands around town.

LAST WEEK: 190
THIS WEEK: 188.5

LOST 1.5 POUNDS!!

Today was the first time I've actually exercised in a couple of weeks, it felt pretty good! I'm always excited to lose pounds =) Total weight loss over the past 4 weeks = 5.5pounds
