I told you last week that those numbers were nothing worth worrying about, yeah :) guess who was right! ME! I joke, I joke. (kinda?) I'm impressed with myself, although I didn't do any exercising this past week either. Hmm.

Weigh In #8
Well.. I guess I'll start off with saying that I wasn't expecting much out of this weigh in.. it's that time of the month, and although I have gone for walks and went to workout, well.. you know. And I ate 4 slices of cinnamon toast last night so that couldn't have helped matters either! Hah. It's just numbers.

It's only numbers.. it's only numbers... wish I had some extra money so I could afford to join a gym, it's only $30-35 a month but that's money I don't have right now. We'll see how things go.

After pulling those huge numbers on the last weigh in, I had my doubts that I'd even be able to remain at that same weight without gaining back any of it. Wow, I really didn't think that those numbers were going to go down!! =D

Lost 3.5 pounds since last week! A total of 18.5 pounds since starting the weekly weigh in posts! At my heaviest I was around 204, which means I have a loss of 28 pounds!! Which now means.. I can go to my "27 before 28" list and cross off "lose 27 pounds"!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!

Okay everyone, I've been on vacation the last two weeks and I just got home last night.. I couldn't believe the numbers when I saw them.. Just remember, I said I would be doing A LOT of walking, and that's exactly what I did!! I went for at least 5 mile walks (at least!!) on 10 of the 14 days I was gone. That's still with 4 days off! One of those days we did the ridiculous and walked clear across the town to the mall and then all the way back.. my legs were deadddddddddd, that day alone we probably walked 10 miles. The point here is to push yourself beyond your limits, walk until your legs feel like they will never forgive you (trust me, they will. all they need is a little tiny bit of rest and they feel 100% again) I write this because I know I needed to learn it too. Before I would walk for exercise but stop early because I was walking the same loop over and over... I'd quit after 2 miles, could I have done more? YES. Push Yourself. I didn't experience leg cramping AT ALL after all those super long walks! ( i told you those legs are forgiving..)

TEN POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS!!
I am beyond flabbergasted.....5 pounds a week?????? My food intake may have decreased a little, but I definitely had my share of HUGE dinners in that two week period too. Walking is the only thing responsible for those HUGE numbers. I am very proud of myself!!!

I'm feeling pretty blah and really not wanting to do this post right now, but I'm being a trooper and posting it anyway! It's that female time of the month and this weigh in reflects all that bloating and water weight. HA. This is the last Weekly Weigh In post for the next 3 weeks, I'm going on vacation to Ontario starting Friday! Woot Woot. For me, it's not so much a vacation as it is getting to see and spend time with my husband and our son who live there, so I get a vacation from the work job and get to go do the mommy and wife job for a little while. Being a long distance relationship really sucks, you know? Soon as I get back I will be focusing on doing what I need to do so that I can move to Ontario and we can be a proper family.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning when I woke up, so this is as of about 9:15am.. after I had eaten breakfast, went for a mile and half walk, and ran some errands around town.

Today was the first time I've actually exercised in a couple of weeks, it felt pretty good! I'm always excited to lose pounds =) Total weight loss over the past 4 weeks = 5.5pounds

I blew it this week, you guys. I am disappointed in myself, I didn't do any exercising this past week.. I kept meaning to and I kept procrastinating and it just never happened. Apparently I haven't been doing all that great on watching what I've been eating either.. because I gained weight since last week! arrrrrrrgggggggggggh.

Gained 2 whole pounds since last week... and I had McDonalds for lunch today! ahhhhhh... calorie and sodium content overload... i ate 1.5 cheeseburgers without onion and like 12 fries. TOO MUCH SALT. Must stay far, far, far away from that place.
P.S. Anyone watch Glee tonight?? Drunk Glee kids are so not cool... what are they thinking?!?!?!

Yay, week number two! I've been doing awesome past week (from last monday night to today at noon) and I only worked out 4 times. I took the past 3 days off for my muscles to recover (omg, pain) and I still lost more weight than I did last week!! Yeah!! I even ate donuts, milkshake, ice cream, fries, burger, movie theater popcorn... I ate a lot of unhealthy stuff this week <3 Lately I've been dancing on the scale after I see my current weight!!

Alright, my first ever weekly weigh in blog post, let's get the weight loss motivation off to awesome start! =) This week was from Monday to Monday, and for some strange reason I did my previous week weigh in (the beginning) at 9:30 pm, and this weeks when I got home from work at 10pm. In case you have never weighed yourself multiple times a day, your weight fluctuates! a lot!! You weigh the least when you wake up in the morning, and as the day progresses and you eat... you gain weight. So, I guess I'm going to somehow manage to switch my weigh in times for future weeks..

If you've been reading along you know that I haven't done any exercising at all this week and I have instead just been watching what I eat and trying not to eat when I'm bored, etc. Tomorrow is when the real fun begins!
